Dreaming of a table of your own?

Prices: All prices are shown in DKK and include Danish VAT (moms).
Ordering: An order is placed by contacting us, through the Enquire button, the contact form or email. We confirm the table, size, finish, price and delivery in mail before production begins.
Payment: Full payment is due when the order is confirmed, before production starts.
Made to order: Each table is handmade to your chosen size and finish. Because it is made specifically for you, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act does not apply once the order is confirmed, in accordance with §18(2)(3) of that Act. A confirmed order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if the table is defective.
Right of complaint: Contact hello@tavolostudio.dk with your order details and a description of the fault.
Delivery: Each piece is made individually in the workshop. Delivery is four to eight weeks and quoted per address.
Complaints: If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you can bring it to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen), forbrug.dk.

What we collect: The contact and custom forms, and the Enquire buttons, open your own email app with a message pre-filled with your name, email address and what you wrote. We only receive this if you choose to send it, the website itself does not store or transmit anything in the background.
Why we use it: To answer your enquiry and, if it leads to an order, to agree on and deliver your table.
No marketing: We only use your details to answer your enquiry. We do not sign you up for a newsletter, and we do not contact you again once we have answered you, unless you reach out to us.
Retention: Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. If an enquiry becomes an order, invoicing information is kept for 5 years, as required by Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Hosting: This site is hosted by Netlify, which automatically logs technical data such as your IP address for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for less than 30 days and are not shared with us or anyone else. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@tavolostudio.dk. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
